1.You must be 18 years old or older to have any form of permanent makeup. (exceptions apply only for medical reasons, subject to parental or guardians approval).

3. The booking fee is non- refundable unless your appointment is cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment start time. All no show  appointments will forfeit booking fee.

3a. We require a non - refundable booking fee of £50 (£30 for a retouch session) at the time of booking to secure an appointment.

4. Retouch sessions can only be rescheduled once, with notice given at least 48hrs prior to original retouch session time. No shows or cancellations of retouch session will result in the client losing the option for that retouch session.

      5. Lip neutralisation may require a third application depending on the skin type & tone, a third session will be charged at additional cost. (check pricing)

6. Payments are accepted by bank transfer or cash. Payment plans and student discounts are not available.

7. Arriving to an apointment later than 15 min. to scheduled session may require a rescheduling of your appointment at the discretion of the owner with a further booking fee required.
